The bootcamp’s objective was to explore how AI could be integrated into product development, strategy, customer interactions, and operational efficiency.

Through hands-on sessions, the team gained insights into using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, learned about AI implementation strategies, and brainstormed practical applications to enhance productivity and customer engagement.

Objectives

The AI Bootcamp had several key objectives:

The AI Bootcamp was split into two sessions:

  • AI Tools and Platforms: Demonstrations of tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance customer support.

Session 2: Hands-on Exercises and AI Roadmap Building
